Almiros is located at the foot of a mountain Pantocratoras, 914 m. hightness,by the sea’s view and just oposite of the Albanian’s mauntain range.
Is in the middle of another wonterful region,especially for summer vocation,icluding the following villages:Sidari,Roda,Acharavi,Kassiopi.
Almiros-beach from the west side to the village “Roda”,10 klm. length ,is one of the most importand sandy beaches and one of the most splendid white-pebble beaches in the whole Greece.The Almiros sea is the most clear sea all over the north side of Corfu getting (obtaining)the European Union’s flag.
Near by Almiros,all along ,there are many beautiful and peaceful bays for people who likes swimming in a small gulf,away from noisy and crowd beaches.
Almiros is an area of not such a very big number of houses,without enormous apartments,but only with traditional villas full of amazing gardens,lovely trees and unic flowers,many court-yards,where children can play and run!!!.Also there are parking-places.
